Fabrication and Assembly: MCM carports and structures are pre-engineered and prefabricated for fast and easy erection. Framing members either bolt or screw together, while roof panels fasten to the frame with self-drilling screws. The combination metal and neoprene washer on the screws guarantees water tightness. Columns are embedded in concrete footings for quick and easy installation for on grade installations. Base plates are used for securing with anchor bolts on top floors of garages.

Style Selection: Carports are available in any width and depth desired, for handicapped spaces, compact spaces, etc. Units can be any combination of carspaces desired, back-to-back for double row parking, and/or adaptable for diagonal parking. Carports, canopies and walkways are architecturally designed with a variety of trim styles, with easy adaptation to customer's special fascia requirements. Finishes for the framing members can be either shop primed ready for a field topcoat or heavily galvanized for corrosive environments. Roof panels can have either the standard galvalume finish or can be furnished with a factory applied baked enamel finish over a galvalume surface. Color charts are available on request.
